Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
We accept returns for any reason within 3 days after the delivery was made. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that only items in their original unworn and unwashed condition may be reimbursed. We will reimburse you within 5 business days of receiving back the item.
If you’d like to exchange your item, we will ship the replacement as soon as possible when we receive the original one and will provide you with tracking information.
All shipping charges, including the return shipping, are non-refundable.
