Wholesale Shopping Terms and Conditions for Clothing Retailers

Thank you for your interest in purchasing our clothing items in bulk. As a wholesale buyer, please read the following terms and conditions that will apply to your purchase:

Minimum Order Quantity: The minimum order quantity for each model is three pieces, in three different sizes. We do not have any restrictions on the maximum quantity that can be ordered.

Order Processing Time: The time required for processing orders will vary depending on the quantity ordered. We will provide you with a more accurate timeline upon receipt of your order.

Shipping: We ship all wholesale orders through DHL Express, and the shipping fees will be borne by the buyer. Please note that we are not responsible for any additional fees, taxes, or customs charges that may be incurred during shipping.

Payment: We require a 50% deposit upon placing your order. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipping.

Returns and Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for wholesale orders, except in the case of defective or damaged items. Please notify us within five days of receiving your order if you need to return or exchange any items.

Production Capacity: Our company, ADEPTT, has the capacity to produce any quantity required, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled on time and to the highest quality standards.
