For customers worldwide, we facilitate the return process through our European office based in Bulgaria. We are delighted to provide you with a discounted shipping option, known for its cost-effectiveness and faster delivery compared to other alternatives. We can schedule a DHL pickup for the return with a discounted fee ranging between $15-$30 USD, depending on the region.

To initiate this process, kindly reach out to us, specifying the details of the items you intend to return or exchange. Upon your request, we will promptly send you a link for purchasing the discounted DHL shipping option. If you opt not to use our discounted DHL return service, we recommend utilizing your country's governmental postal service for the return. Please ensure you acquire a tracking number to guarantee the secure delivery of your package.

It's important to note that international courier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, and others may impose customs processing fees of around $50 USD for global shipments. If you choose such a courier, any applicable fees would need to be passed on to you for processing your exchange or return.

    Please ensure that you ship your return or exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and with the original tags attached. For more details on our return policy, please review the information provided.

  • RETURN ELIGIBILITY

    Please take note that items classified as face coverings and accessories, as well as those labeled as "final sale," cannot be refunded. However, regular sale items are eligible for returns and exchanges. Clearance items, on the other hand, can only be returned for store credit and are not eligible for exchanges.

  • REIMBURSING YOU TIMELY

    We will process your reimbursement within 7-10 days upon receiving and processing your return, once the courier scans it for shipment. For exchanges, we will expedite the mailing of your replacement and provide you with a tracking number.
