All orders are processed and shipped with care within 2–4 business days. We offer express worldwide delivery, and tracking information is provided for every order. For the smoothest delivery experience, we kindly ask that you include your phone number at checkout.

We do our best to accommodate updates to your order, including address changes, as long as the request is made promptly after purchase and before shipping. Our standard processing time varies based on item availability and current demand. We offer complimentary express shipping on all orders over $300. For orders under $350, we provide a flat-rate express shipping fee of $15 via DHL. Exact shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout once your items are added to the cart.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also view real-time updates by logging into your ADEPTT account or by signing up for shipping notifications via text or messenger.

Sizing varies between our pieces, as many of our garments are intentionally designed with generous, oversized silhouettes. We offer a thoughtful 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at customercare@adeptt.com. We will provide a return label, and returns are subject to a flat shipping fee of $15, which will be deducted from your refund. Only unworn, unwashed items in their original condition can be accepted for return or exchange. We process refunds within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, we will ship the replacement as soon as we receive the original. All shipping charges, including return shipping, are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. For exchanges, we will dispatch the new item promptly and provide updated tracking information.

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at customercare@adeptt.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We are committed to resolving the matter quickly and ensuring your complete satisfaction.
