Shipping Methods
At ADEPTT , we want to make sure you receive your order as quickly and reliably as possible. That's why we offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs.
For all apparel orders to the US and Canada, we automatically ship via DHL Express or DHL Standard , depending on availability. Orders shipped via DHL Express usually arrive within 2-4 days once shipped, while orders shipped via DHL Standard typically arrive within 2-7 days once shipped. For international orders outside of the US and Canada, we automatically ship via DHL Express, and orders generally arrive within 2-7 days once shipped.
Our order processing time varies depending on the item, availability, and preorder status. We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible within 5-7 business days, but please keep in mind that orders placed during sales events may take longer to arrive due to high demand. Please note that processing time does not include the additional time it will take to ship and deliver your package.
We offer free standard shipping on all US or worldwide orders over $250. Shipping costs for all other orders vary by country, garment type, and quantity, and you'll be able to preview the specific costs before checking out by adding the desired items to your shopping cart. Express shipping is now available on select designs and is calculated at checkout.
If an item is on preorder, it will ship once it becomes available, generally within a 3-4 week timeframe from the date your order was placed. For the most accurate information, please see the listing of the specific item you wish to purchase for estimated shipping dates. If your order contains a preorder item, your entire order will ship once all items become available for shipment.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and expected delivery date. All orders are automatically shipped with a tracking number, and if the items in your order are shipped separately, you'll receive a separate confirmation email with updated tracking information once any remaining items from your order have shipped. You can also log into your Adeptt.com account to view the fulfillment status and tracking information for your order.
Please note that there can be courier delays that are out of our control, and for instances where this is the case, we suggest you contact the carrier directly as we respectfully won't be able to offer any resolution from our side.

Customs Duties & Fees
It's important to note that some countries may impose additional customs duties and fees on imported goods, and customers are responsible for covering such charges. While we may not be customs experts, we make an effort to inform customers in advance about the possibility of such duties and fees. Below are some general estimates for reference purposes:
Canada: Approximately 8-30%, depending on the province
Australia: Around 15%
Israel: Approximately 25%
United Kindom: Approximately 8-30%, of the order value
United Arab Emirates: About 5-10%
Saudi Arabia: About 5-10%
Qatar: Approximately 5%
Japan: Ranging from 20-38% of the order value, depending on the type and material of the garment
