At ADEPTT, we are committed to providing you with unique and sustainable fashion pieces. As a niche fashion brand, we operate with a different approach that sets us apart from mass-produced clothing manufacturers. Our items are not created in large factories where workers are underpaid and labor conditions are compromised. Instead, we prioritize quality craftsmanship and responsible production methods.

ADEPTT Return Policy:

ADEPTT accepts returns or exchanges of items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, including having all original tags attached, and being unworn and unwashed. Clearance items or those purchased at a discount are not eligible for refunds, and custom orders that include modifications based on customer requests or measurements are also non-refundable.

Customers must contact ADEPTT's customer care team at customercare@adeptt.com before returning any items. The customer care team will provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. ADEPTT is not responsible for any parcels that are held, lost, or damaged during return shipping. Customers should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of their items.

Deduction for Free Shipping Orders: For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, a 20% fee of the order value will be deducted from the refund amount. This deduction helps cover the original shipping costs incurred by our company.

Upon receipt of returned items, ADEPTT will inspect them and notify the customer of the status of their return or exchange request. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
