RETURN POLICY
ADEPTT has a return policy that allows customers to return or exchange items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the items must be in their original condition, including having all original tags attached and being unworn and unwashed. Clearance items are not eligible for refunds, and custom orders that include modifications based on customer requests or measurements are also non-refundable. It is important to note that ADEPTT is not responsible for any parcels that are held, lost, or damaged during return shipping, and any additional duty fees or custom charges are the responsibility of the customer.
