HOW FAST ARE ORDERS PROCESSED?

All items ship with EXPRESS 2-4 days WORLDWIDE delivery! Tracking info available for every order! Please provide us your PHONE NUMBER at checkout in order to make your delivery easier and faster.

CAN I UPDATE/CANCEL MY ORDER OR CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

We do our best to accommodate your request to update your order or change your address prior to shipping your order. Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you wish to make any changes. Kindly note we would not be able to issue a refund for any items shipped prior to processing your request.

We’re not able to accept cancellations at this time. Thank you for your understanding!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Shipping and delivery times vary based on item, availability, ship-to location, and the shipping method you choose at checkout. You can find more information on shipping options and time frames for the countries covered by our delivery partners on our shipping policy page.

To find the most accurate shipping and processing time for your order, please reference the shipping method you selected at checkout. You can log in to your account to find the shipping method, including the total processing and shipping time for your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

WHAT IS YOUR ORDER PROCESSING TIME?

Our typical order processing time varies based on item, availability, status, and current demand. We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please keep in mind that orders placed during sales events may take longer to arrive. Please note that processing time does not include the additional time it will take to ship and deliver your package.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $250! For orders under $250, we offer $15 flat-rate shipping via DHL Express. You'll be able to preview the specific costs before you check out by adding the desired items to your shopping cart.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

We will send you your package's tracking number in a confirmation email once your order has shipped. You may also log in to your ADEPTT account to view your order status page, as well as available tracking updates, and sign up for shipping notifications via text or Facebook Messenger if desired.

WHAT SIZE AM I?

Sizing varies between our items, so we recommend using the size chart included in each listing to determine your best fit. We also include additional information within each description section in terms of fabric content, overall fit, and more to help inform your decision. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding sizing, fit, or design details.

WILL YOU BE OFFERING MORE SIZES?

We currently offer sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, 3XL.

COULD YOU HELP ME CHOOSE A SIZE?

Yes, buying online can be tricky and sometimes a bit frustrating in terms of choosing the right size. We're here to help! Please use our contact form, or drop us a line at customercare@adeptt.com with your questions.

We wish we could have you try our garments in person, but since this is not an option as of now, please send us a note and we'll do our best to guide you in the right direction.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Returns:

We accept returns for any reason within 30 days after the delivery was made. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at customercare@adeptt.com. We will send you a return label which you have to attach to your shipment. Returns are priced at a flat rate of $15 which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that only items in their original unworn and unwashed condition may be reimbursed. We will reimburse you within 5 business days of receiving back the item.

Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange your item, we will ship the replacement as soon as possible when we receive the original one and will provide you with tracking information.

All shipping charges, including the return shipping, are non-refundable.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?

We will reimburse you within 5 business days of receiving your return. For exchanges, we will mail the replacement as quickly as possible, and will send you a note with the new tracking number.

WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARE DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item,contact uswith a photo of the damage and information about the wrong item you received, as well as your order number, and we’ll take care of you!
