We will send you your package's tracking number in a confirmation email once your order has shipped. You may also log in to your ADEPTT account to view your order status page, as well as available tracking updates, and sign up for shipping notifications via text.

We accept returns for any reason within 30 days after the delivery was made. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at customercare@adeptt.com. We will send you a return label which you have to attach to your shipment. Returns are priced at a flat rate of $15 which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that only items in their original unworn and unwashed condition may be reimbursed. We will reimburse you within 5 business days of receiving back the item.

Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange your item, we will ship the replacement as soon as possible when we receive the original one and will provide you with tracking information.

All shipping charges, including the return shipping, are non-refundable.
